These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by JustStart Limited ("JustStart", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, programmes, tools, and related services.

By accessing our website or registering for any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

JustStart offers the following programmes and services:

  • Free Masterclass: a 60-minute live session on the psychology of starting and validation-first methodology.
  • Leap Sprint: a 5-day intensive validation challenge with daily sessions, templates, and frameworks. Available in General Admission and Premium tiers.
  • Leap Bootcamp: an 8-week programme taking you from validated idea to working product (coming 2026).
  • Free Tools: Readiness Assessment, Idea Scorecard, and Founder Stories — available at no charge.

3. Registration and Accounts

To access certain services, you must register by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our programmes. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

5. Refund Policy

  • Leap Sprint — General Admission: full refund available if requested at least 48 hours before the programme start date.
  • Leap Sprint — Premium: full refund available if requested at least 48 hours before the programme start date.
  • Upgrades: upgrade payments from General to Premium are non-refundable once the Premium materials have been accessed.
  • Masterclass and free tools: these are provided at no cost and are not subject to refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programmes — including text, graphics, logos, templates, frameworks, session recordings, and course materials — is the intellectual property of JustStart Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may use programme materials for your personal, non-commercial venture-building purposes only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
  • Session recordings (available to Premium participants) are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

7. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Share your account access or programme materials with third parties.
  • Engage in behaviour that is abusive, harassing, or disruptive to other participants or our team.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without refund.

8. Disclaimers

  • Our programmes provide education, frameworks, and guidance for venture validation and building. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or success.
  • The content in our programmes is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.
  • Any business decisions you make based on our programmes are your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustStart Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Programme Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify programme schedules, content, or formats. If we cancel a programme, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to scheduled programmes.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
